In my extensive use of skills, I, Makhail Thomas is strong willed and posses outstanding work ethic. I'd also like to add that putting others before me is necessary, especially if I feel they are less fortunate than myself. I believe punctuality is important and everyone that desires to enter the workforce should practice being punctual and know how to manipulate their time to better themselves. If there are due dates for assignments, I complete it before the due date instead of putting things off last minute. Those are signs of poor work ethic. When I come across a problem or conflict that cannot be solved easily, I look at it from multiple viewpoints and construct a strategy for the best possible outcome . People that have worked with me in the past stated that Makhail is a well rounded person and can easily complete tasks. While in a professional environment, I Mr.Thomas can be a likely candidate for being in a leadership position if the occasion arises.
