I'm the UX Principle & founder of IIIMPACT, Inc. which is a boutique digital UX agency (started in Chicago, now in Austin) focusing on Enterprise Software. I have a passion for learning & utilizing the latest UX processes, methodologies & interaction design to create wonderful products & customer experiences. I lead a team of highly-skilled experts in Design, User Experience and Front End Development.
