Mohammed Alafifi

Consultant, Lecturer, and Trainer in Palestine

Hi, I’m Mohammed H. Alafifi, a Palestinian academic, consultant and trainer with 10 years of work experience. I have a master degree of Computer Engineering from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (Belgium). I am a lecturer at the University College of Applied Sciences (UCAS) teaching entrepreneurship related courses for different levels of students.

I have been in charge of developing the “Entrepreneurship” academic course in UCAS and participated in authoring an academic book about the Entrepreneurship with a fund from QIF. I have given many training courses in this topic from beginner level to ToT level. Several of these courses were advanced topics in Lean startup and business models. I am currently working with UCASTI incubator as a mentor and consultant. I also worked with other incubators such as Business & Technology Incubator in the Islamic University, Gaza Sky Geeks and PICTI. I am also working with a UNICEF funded project to develop training materials for school children with a ToT training for the teachers and trainers.

I have been affiliated with the British Council to give the “Positive Dialogue” training for students for three years. I am currently a consultant with UNDP/PAPP with a title of "E-Work Expert" for a project that started in April 2017. I am also a consultant with the Mercy Corps & Gaza Sky Geeks with an assignment to develop a freelancing textbook and provide a TOT training for academics. I have also given +300 hours of training in the field of freelancing for different levels of trainees. I am a fan of entrepreneurship, Digital Marketing, and Freelancing.
