Malcolm Griffiths

Highly experienced in strategic and operational HR, change management and business start-up, Malcolm has acquired a vast amount of knowledge and a number of transferrable skills. He has worked in a business partnership involving a New Zealand and an Australian mining company, with both organisations working closely together to advance their capabilities. He develops plans to manage talent development and creates helps employees seek ways in which they can advance in their careers. Furthermore, he mentors and coaches leaders across the business. He enjoys playing golf, exploring new places and reading. Malcolm also writes poetry and is currently exploring the Haiku style.
