Born in Cottingham, East Yorkshire, England. Brought up in Hull. Moved to Newcastle upon Tyne in 1976 and I'm still there. No one can accuse me of passing through. Writer of crime fiction and dark comedy mysteries. Currently writing a series of novellas featuring amateur sleuth Vincent 'Lonesome' Dove.
