I am a passionate advocate for cloud computing and advanced analytics in communications service providers. Together they lower network build and operate costs, improve customer care and marketing and enable new value to be created quickly from expanding service portfolios. Using them service providers can fundamentally change the relationship they have with their customers.

I lead client engagements and contribute to IBM's discovery, strategy and acquisitions in these and other important emerging areas and speak for IBM at industry events such as Mobile World Congress.

I've worked at IBM since leaving university (did a year out, loved it) and the last 16 years in telecommunications, often mobile. I have been very fortunate to have lived and worked all over the world, indulging my passion for diversity and am in London now.
