My passions are books, museums and tea. My whole life was devoted to writing, mostly about arts and culture.

After working for a long time as editor and contributor in different magazines I decided to quit my job in March 2017 to study Japanese Tea Ceremony in Kyoto for a whole year. This practice is known as Chado (The way of Tea).

My school, Urasenke, has a branch in my home city, Buenos Aires. My grandmother is sensei here and has been teaching for almost 30 years. Now I am helping her to set up the space for the practice, making sweets for the tea, etc.

My intention is to spread the word about Chado, to make people more familiar to matcha (and I mean real matcha tea, not matcha latte!) and bring closer the two cultures that I have been raised in: the argentinean and the japanese.
