I have 16 years of experience of managing projects and leading multicultural high performance teams in Europe, America and Asia. And a few years of experience in implementing project management frameworks, optimizing processes and managing PMO, where I combine Agile with traditional approaches.

Currently CEO at AgilePMO, an innovative project management office, where I help organisations around the globe to meet success factors and become more adaptive to unpredictable market conditions. Previously a Senior Project/Program Manager at Thomson Reuters responsible for strategic projects and programs, such as the new office set up in Poland, including service transition; company consolidation and integration; data centres and software development.

An active member of Project Management Institute: previous PMI Poland Chapter President, Director of PMI Gdansk Branch and PMI Educational Foundation Liaison for Poland, where I design and deliver workshops for children, students and educators. In myfree time I write an inspiring blog.
