My name is Stacy, Mom or Malibu Ninja as some may call me (thank you Sean for the nickname). I am first and foremost, a Mom to Jamison, an amazingly intelligent 7 year old 2nd grader who astounds me every day with his wit, charm and outlandish smarts.. I am a writer and use my nickname Malibu Ninja on my blog. I am an Über Geek * Mom * Artist * Craftsman * Fixer of all Things Broken * Dreamer * Writer * Caregiver & So Much More! Some call me Malibu Ninja, The Spiller, Angel or Turbo; around family, I answer to, Stace, Sue-Stacy or Susie but my name is actually Stacy (Marie). Above I have listed out a bunch of titles in a feeble attempt to describe myself but, I am much more than those labels can describe. I am human, I live on earth, I have a complex and often scattered mind with too many thoughts running, jumping and screaming at the same time (ADHD, OCD or maybe some other acronym?)! Professionally I am a property manager, a Bookkeeper, a Productivity Consultant, a Mortgage Loan Originator, a Notary Public, a Writer and much more. I pride myself on learning as much as I can about whatever I happen to find interesting at the moment... Anything having to do with DIY home improvement, repurposing or upcycling unwanted furniture and such, information systems & technology all interest me greatly. I write about many of these subjects on my blog as well. I have lived an interesting life so far, learned many skills and even more lessons, mostly the hard way. I have earned my stripes and all my battle scars, I wear them proudly. I have plenty of good stories to tell and I undoubtedly will acquire many more in the colorful years ahead. Each day I will be bold, sometimes offensive but I will always be me. My freak flag will be flying high until the day I die!
