Malik Shakur

Malik’s approach to business is to provide the client with consistent and candid communication, solid recommendations, and outstanding service. Whether you are a first time home buyer or an experienced buyer, it is his job to assess each client's individual needs and make recommendations based on what is best for the client. His core product offerings are niche lending programs designed to provide flexible lending solutions for customers who may not qualify per Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac Guidelines. Malik’s 15+ years in the financial discipline and business ownership allow him to draw on years of experience in management, analysis, and marketing to get the job done. Malik is a native North Carolinian who has lived in several major cities prior to moving to Northern California 10 years ago. He currently lives in the Tri-Valley. Malik hold a B.S. Degree in Business Management and two Master Degrees, namely, M.S. in Agricultural Economics and MBA in Finance. His passions include reading, listening to music, and health and wellness.
