This true Jersey girl is simple to describe. Malika is true to her mission in life -- "To make a positive difference in the life of another”. She is a loyal friend, funny, outgoing, and has a heart of gold...most of all, she walks in integrity.
There is more than meets the eye with Malika. Life has not been easy for her, having to overcome low self-esteem, rejection, many heartaches and challenges...and that was before she was 18 years of age.
Her latest published paperback, "Now That I Know Better" which is now on Amazon.com, describes how she overcame those emotional hangups and gives you simple wisdom principles that help you live your life without regret. This single mother is passionate about her children, life and the people she encounters throughout her journey.
Malika also serves as Director of Corporate Partnership and is on the Leadership Team at the City of Praise Family Ministries under the great anointing of Bishop Joel Peebles Sr. and his beautiful wife, Pastor Ylawnda Peebles. It is through their Biblical teachings and lifestyle that she has been able to heal and discover her purpose in life.
Malika holds an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts from Essex County College, where she studied Drama and served as Copy Editor for the ECC Newspaper. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management from the University of Phoenix. She is excited about her future.
