1. Responds to, supervises and completes work requested through Unscheduled Work Requests that involve labor and equipment.
2. Performs job walks for requests involving transportation, labor and equipment and sampling as needed.
3. Manage and evaluate project needs, timeframes, and costs for the market.
4. Interface and coordinate with operations and account management to ensure specs meet needs of Management and operations.
5. Develops scope of work for special projects.
6. Generate project and budgetary estimates.
7. Manage and monitor workflow within operations.
8. Recommend solutions and changes for improving service levels.
9. Communicate effectively with employees regarding benefits and other changes which affect employees.
10. Ensure prompt and accurate completion of all service requests by Management.
11. Manage and evaluate record center operations.
12. Research and resolve service issues and implement solutions.
13. Provides instruction and audience as required.
14. Manage department performance through motivation, monitoring, and coaching.
15. Build internal and external relationships through exceptional problem solving, ownership and follow- through.
