Malik Badmus

I am a software engineer currently living in Lagos, Nigeria. My interests range from technology to programming. I am also interested in reading and innovation.

I am an efficient and studio college student currently attending the University of Lagos, I also managed to accrue nearly 5 years of working experience. I had the privilege of working for First City Monument Bank in a service officer role, where I learned valuable professional skills such as branch operations, depository service, and foreign exchange e.t.c.

I thrive on challenges, which is evident from my decision to pursue a rigorous 12-month Software Engineering course at ALX_AFRICA. I am proud to have been one of the 400 graduates out of over 20,000 enrollees from across Africa in the program, completing it successfully.

During my tech journey, I actively contributed to Free and open-source software initiatives and helped in training Predictive machine learning Models for Ersilia Model Hub, which is a unified platform of pre-trained AI/ML models dedicated to infectious and neglected disease research. In both my academic and professional lives, I have been consistently praised as efficient by my professors and peers. Whether working on academic, extracurricular, or professional projects. I apply proven Analytical, critical thinking, and technical skills, which I hope to leverage into the role at your company
