I provide business coaching services to Mums who are ready to take the leap and want to create and grow their own flexible businesses around family.

I am passionate about supporting Trailblazing Mums who are ambitious, smart and passionate with a dream of running their own purpose-driven business and who value the importance of creating balance in their work and life to realise their true potential. I believe that Mums can “have it all” – you just need to know what you want to create and how to create it.

I started Trailblazing Mums from my personal experience after becoming a Mum. After my son was born, I felt like I had lost my identity. I had suddenly gone from being an ambitious and successful career-driven woman to a stay-at-home mum changing nappies and speaking baby lingo! I needed something more and I feared that staying “out of the game” for too long would be detrimental for me. However, my priorities completely changed when I became a Mum and I knew I didn’t want to go back to working in a full time corporate job – I wanted the best of both worlds, to be able to do meaningful work and spend time with my family.

I began working with start-ups, small businesses and entrepreneurs in Asia during which time I learnt a lot about what it takes to be successful in launching and growing an online business. During this time, I had many conversations with Mums who were in a similar situation and wanted to set up their own businesses but couldn’t put all the pieces of the puzzle together. And so the idea for Trailblazing Mums was born.

Prior to becoming a Mum, I worked in the corporate world for 10 years as a Strategy & Change Consultant for a top tier management consulting firm. My extensive business experience of consulting for large firms and working with small businesses and entrepreneurs, combined with my own personal journey as a Mum, is what enables me to successfully coach Mums to launch and grow a flexible business around family.
