Dr. Manfred Alkhas is the founder and the primary treatingdoctor at Good Life Chiropractic. He has accomplished his pre-Chiropracticstudies in San Jose State University and graduated from Palmer-WestChiropractic College in 1990. Aftersuccessfully managing an office in Gilroy, he decided to establish Good LifeChiropractic in 1992. He has beena full time treating doctor for over 24 years and has enjoyed helping otherChiropractors start their own new practices. In1994 he married Domarina who later became Good Life Chiropractic's officemanager. Together they havesuccessfully built one of the most well known and reputable Chiropractic officein the Bay Area.
Dr. Manfred is a man of many talents, interests, and hobbies. In 2006 he received a Master ofDivinity degree with honors from Western Seminary and was the class speakerduring the graduation ceremony. Heenjoys charcoal figure drawing, as well as playing piano, guitar and drums. Healso has produced two music CDs and enjoys creative writing. His favorite poet is Robert Frost, hisfavorite book is "Christ the Eternal Tao" by Heiromonk Damascene, andhis favorite artist is Raphael Santi from the Renaissance period.
His love for health and human frame has led him into studies ofherbology, iridology, and nutrition. Hehas continued his chiropractic education to include mechanical spinal adjustmenttechniques such as Activator Method and Impulse Technique.
Hisexpertise in the field of Chiropractic has earned him a primary position as akey speaker in local business and schools. His health and wellness lectures have included known localbusiness such as Fed. Ex., GE Ionics, CityTeam Ministries, and fitness clubs such as South Valley YMCA and manylocal schools and government offices. Hecredits his success to seven major factors in his life:
