I am currently a student at Tufts University studying Psychology and Peace and Justice Studies. Some people study economics, some people study english, some people study architecture, but it's people that float my boat and tickle my fancy- I want to study people. My mother has studied buddhism for over a decade so introspection has always been promoted in my house. I like understanding and taking control of my actions. I believe that psychology can change people's understanding of one another and the world.

I think we should study each other more, I think our capacity to learn from one another is invaluable. The more I learn the more I see the benefits of patience and compassion. The human experience is complicated and diverse yet it is the thing that connects each and every one of us. We need to invest more time exploring it and learning from ourselves so as to be intentional in creating the culture of our future.
