I have over 13 years of experience focusing on leading teams, designing and developing web based enterprise applications. All along my career, I have acquired thorough knowledge in designing, architecting and developing Java-J2EE based systems. I have been involved in projects right from requirement gathering & elicitation phase till the steady state. My leadership skills are complemented by my proven technical prowess in executing complex technical projects. I have managed diverse project teams across geographies to timely deliver high quality products.
