Mama Sana

Shaheen Sana or better known to many others as Mama Sana has been specialised in the cooking of south eastern food as well as the "fusing" of eastern and western ingredients to create interesting new concoctions

She has been cooking for a number of years, being the Chef Cook for the Pakistani Restaurant on the Muntplein in Amsterdam, as well as catering to many people, organisations and companies, including Politicians.

With much enthusiasm, energy and excitement, she now gives workshops of her own. Passing on the knowledge she has learned from the traditional Pakistani kitchen, cooking and cuisines to all those interested in learning about the cooking, ingredients and how they all come together.
