Passionate about education, health and wellness and cooking (for the palate and not for show). Language teacher, school principal, curriculum writer, employment counsellor, health and wellness consultant, restauranteur, translator, manager of an international business association and archivist are all positions I have held and that have created who I am.
Like mostly classical music and grand opera however, occasionally venture into others genres.
Favourite reads are novels steeped in history and cook books.
