As the founder of NxT Recruitment, Michael brings a background that combines extensive experience in R&D, project and team management, talent acquisition management solutions and staffing which has helped to make NxT Recruitment unique in its approach and delivery to its clients. After graduating with a MS in biological sciences with thesis in Bacterial Genetics/Mycology from Eastern Michigan University, he began a career in R&D in George Washington University, and NIH, where he was introduced and challenged to number of important issues both in R&D, computational biology and creating sustainable business model and connections which has translated into successful business model for NxT Recruitment. Michael worked with great success to form and develop the staffing strategies for larger corporate firms as well as guiding the growth of smaller start-up firms which specialized in wide range of services to include, Security Cleared, IT, Biotech, Telecom, admin, general, and Executive recruitment in private and government sectors.
