Connecting meaning across languages, contexts, people, and institutions
______________________________________
I stand with 30 years of trilingual experience in strategic communication and public affairs, working across Malagasy, French, and English. My career has focused on bridging languages, sensitivities, and socio‑political contexts in diplomatic and institutional environments – where what is not said can matter as much as what is said, and how it is being said.
Much of my work happens behind the scenes, supporting informed decision‑making and enabling dialogue between leaders, institutions, media, and civil society. At times, I step forward to lend my voice and personality in advocacy, representing both the organizations I serve and the causes I care about. I amplify women’s and girls’ perspectives, mentor and sponsor youth, stand for human rights and against gender‑based violence and other forms of injustice.
I strongly believe that language is more than translation: it is a bridge across perspectives, cultures, and ways of seeing the world – a commitment I also carry into social justice, education, and the empowerment of youth. Through non-profit board service, I link policy with practice to make governance serve these causes and human rights at large.
If you are interested in connecting or exchanging ideas, I always welcome a thoughtful conversation.
