Hoot suite, basically this tool helps in posting the massive amount of tweets randomly throughout a day, all you need to do is to schedule the update that you want on your desired time and it will be the one to post the status, I have also used Digi Traffic Accelerator Which helps me in backlinking my clients websites to boost your ranking on Google. And I am also particularly with Senuke, I have used it in submitting articles and videos as well.

I can also do manual submissions for videos, articles and bookmarking if you don't want me using softwares and tools. So, basically what I do is that I manually create accounts on articles Submissions, bookmarking submission websites and start sending. I can also promote your website or social media accounts by interacting with other people by means of Blog and article commenting and joining discussions and community.
