My extended knowledge and understanding of human behaviour gives me a unique edge in empathising with users and improving their experience through design.

I completed my Bachelor's in Information Technology and Master's in Computer Applications. To deepen my skills, I pursued a UIUX Design course to learn about UI and UX, followed by a Graphic Design course focusing on Typography, Images, and Brand Identity.

I completed a 6-month internship in Software Development at Apical IT Solutions, where I worked on MVC framework, API building, and database management for a web application. Concurrently, I pursued an 11-month internship as a Content Writer with Voxco , focusing on SEO backed content writing on business practices for their blogs. Subsequently, I gained 1.5 years of UX Designexperience with IDFC FIRST Bank, using software such as Figma and Photoshop, practicing usability testing, research and more on platforms like AI chatbot, WhatsApp chatbot and voice chatbot.
