My story is different. I admit it. I got involved in recruitment and careers industry by accident, thinking of it as a challenge. I was disappointed at the service other recruiters were dishing out. I thought if this is the service level, then I can do better, why not give it a try? I can say I have and not looked back and enjoyed the roller coaster ride but am glad to say I did it! I have learned the skills, enjoyed it and am still here thriving after 10 years. I am currently a Senior Recruitment Consultant and Key Account Manager working within the consulting space with C level decision makers, Line Managers and HR professionals.

I like to provide advice on career change, transition and redundancy. Helping others achieve career objectives by getting over obstacles is v satisfying & motivating experience. Coaching and career guidance for preparing CV’s, covering letters and addressing job criteria for specific roles. Salary negotiation, team building & career pathways assistance are areas I can handle.

Without blowing my own trumpet too much, my career achievements include being top billing consultant for last 6 years. Also am the number one consultant in terms of new business development.

Outside of work I actively participate in career based discussions on community radio shows and public workshops / seminars to help out all professionals, from recent graduates & new migrants to semi retired director level people to secure better career outcomes.
