What is the most memorable project that you have been involved in?
Although I have had a lot of memorable projects, The Lily in Repulse Bay definitely stands out. The project involved over 100 units and the development of now a successful marketing campaign.
What makes you stand out from your competitors?
The fact that we are extremely detailed orientated. We go right down to the inch to make sure that the client is completely happy with everything.
What tip would you give to a client looking for a home?
Do not spend too much time looking at too many properties, as this will become very confusing. Focus on the location and size that you have in mind and go from there. There will always be something you do not like about a house, but often this is a temporary problem and can be fixed once you have moved in - a lot of the time, its a simple matter of 're styling!'
What is the most amazing property you have visited?
72 Deep Water Bay Road – it is a massive mansion like house that oozes with style!
