Like many dance schools, the Mandy Ellen School of Dance started in a church hall in 1997. However it was here that Mandy’s dream started, to one day have her very own performing arts studios. Over the next couple of years Mandy worked hard on developing, nurturing and encouraging every student that attended her school. Her belief that ‘Dance is Fun’ helped her grow the school big enough to then move into her very own premises.
Situated in the heart of Maidstone’s Artist quarter in the town centre, it is easily accessible by train, bus or car with good links to public transport in and out of London. Maidstone town is a trendy thriving area with lovely boutiques, shops, bars and restaurants all within walking distance from the studios. Mandy Ellen is widely recognised in Maidstone town and students regularly acquire part time employment with local retailers and restaurants to assist with supporting their living costs.
