Technology Integrator in Appleton, Wisconsin

My education began at UW-Oshkosh where I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. While beginning my teaching career, I worked on my Master's degree from UW-Stout in Information & Communication Technologies with an emphasis in Learning Technologies. Deciding that my passion was educational technology, I went back for a second Master's degree in Ed Leadership for my certification to be a Principal or Director of Instruction in order to pursue my end game of being a Director of Technology. Currently, I am in my last semester to obtain my Ed.S. in CTE.

Professionally, I am currently a Technology Integrator for the Oshkosh Area School District in Oshkosh, WI where I work with teachers and students on technology integration, innovation, and personalized learning. I also provide professional development to teachers in this role, and I share what I have learned professionally with others by presenting at conferences such as WTI, Google Midwest Summit, and TIES. Recently, I also began as an adjunct for UW-Oshkosh in Instructional Technology for preservice teachers, which I have enjoyed immensely. Outside of my position, I am the Public Relations Coordinator for edCamp Oshkosh, and I enjoy being involved with the Vision Committee for the Kaukauna Area School District.

Most importantly, I have a very supportive, loving family that I love to spend time with. My four children are extremely involved in school and sports, and you can often find my husband and I cheering on the sidelines of various games or watching a gymnastics meet. We love to travel, especially to warm places being we're from Wisconsin, and try to do it as often as possible.
