I am a Tourism Management graduate (CPUT, 2007) with extensive hands-on experience in over-landing tour guiding across Africa (4 years) as well as tourism industry related marketing, sale, social media management and content management (3 years). My qualifications and experience has empowered me to obtain my current position of Marketing Manager (current) for an established international travel company. Given my age, I am very proud of this position assigned to me. I believe that with my particular skills, management style and absolute dedication to the tourism industry, I would be able to add positive and tangible value to any place of employment.

My career thus far has included many travels through South Africa and the continent as well as to Europe, Australia, UK and South America. These journeys have taught me to apply all my professional abilities and instincts as to achieve success with each project entrusted to me as well as to manage difficult situations in a rational manner. My colleagues and managers know me as a hardworking, friendly, enthusiastic and open-minded person who is willing to expand my knowledge within the field of my studies and beyond. I enjoy and thrive upon the challenges I set for myself and any challenges arising from a team work environment. I have a positive approach and outlook to all situations and delegate with ease and inspiration. Innovative thinking in the tourism industry, in general, and in any specific position I hold, would be my overarching professional objective.
