Mandy Pierce is a southern girl, born and raised in the great state of Arkansas. Spending her youth in the Northwest Arkansas region she was heavily influenced by the business world in the hometown of Wal Mart and Tyson Foods. Leaving Fayetteville behind, Mandy attended college at Ouachita Baptist University studying political science and speech communication. Mandy was greatly involved in numerous organizations including her social club, Student Senate, College Republicans and the Ouachita Student Foundation. After college Mandy set her sights on our nation's capitol and moved within days of graduation to Washington D.C. After working in the lobbying industry, Mandy moved back home to Arkansas to work for then Governor Mike Huckabee. The end of the Huckabee administration in Arkansas found Mandy back home in NWA working for the mega trucking company, JB Hunt. Politics was still not quite out of her system however and in 2008 Mandy returned to the political arena working as the events manager for the Republican National Convention and then as the regional manager in North Carolina for the McCain-Palin presidential campaign. As the campaign winded down, Mandy moved back to Arkansas and spent the next few years working in the mental health field, while also led to her starting and operating her own nonprofit with some friends. Life led Mandy back to the business world through a local, authorized Xerox agent where she became the head of their managed print services department. Mandy's passions outside of the workplace include sports and the outdoors, which led her to her next adventure of pursuing a professional golf career in Austin, Texas. Today, Mandy has relocated back to her hometown of El Dorado, Arkansas to be close to family and also work for the legendary Murphy Oil company. Mandy's dreams in life revolve around helping others, serving her community and being a loyal friend and family member to loved ones.
