Maneka Perikkathara

I am a consultant, writer, and Ph.D. in Management, currently serving as the Group Head of Human Resources in Dubai, UAE. My responsibilities encompass HR manpower planning, recruitment, project management, mergers and acquisitions, performance management, organizational development, talent management, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Additionally, I focus on leadership development, coaching, and mentoring within the healthcare sector. I also contribute to the academic field as a member of the Advisory Board and as an Adjunct Faculty in Management studies. My interests extend to entrepreneurship, education, music, travel, and fitness.
