I’m Manel, a Video games studio manager. I've worked in the gaming industry for 17 years and have developed and published over 60 games in platforms including PC, mobile, Xbox and PS2. These days I'm Head of Studios at King Digital Entertainment in Barcelona, Spain.

My approach to video games is holistic, and to deliver great games I encourage my teams to blend creativity, design, programming, art and business analysis. My approach works, and I have a track record in turning new studios into high-turnover ventures with happy teams within two years.
