Michael Goldberg

I became a Dentist to help people and have been doing so since 1977. After graduating Tufts, Magna Cum Laude, I did a Hospital Residency and then joined the faculty of Columbia University and went into private practice. I taught at Columbia for 30 years and held many positions including Director of the General PRactice Residency Program at Presbyterian Medical Center and Director of 2 of the University's Faculty Practice. I have a passion for what I do and continue to lecture nationally and internationally on issues related to technology, a topic I have become expert in since opening 2 high-tech Practices in the past few years. I volunteer and help run the DVI, free children's dental clinic in Jerusalem. This clinic cares for children in an inclusive, non-discriminatory and international effort. It is my way of helping heal the World, in more than one way. I practice, comprehensive dental medicine because I believe that everyone can have a healthy, functional and esthetically pleasing mouth. A smile is an important part of one's persona and I've developed the expertise to help when others cannot. A healthy mouth both promotes overall health and is impacted by one's health. This too is an area where I've attained particular expertise. At Manhattan Dental Health, I've put all my expertise into creating an office that allows me to practice optimal dental care with the technology and service that I would want myself in a Practice.
