Manickavalli Arumugam was born in Bangalore, Karnataka and raised in Madurai,TN,India.She has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and a Masters Degree in Business Information Technology in Middlesex University,London. She has worked as a Market Researcher,Business Analyst and a Student Helper in ICM Direct,London and in the Bypass Pharmacies and Middlesex University Alumni.She has interned with Microsoft, TATA and HSBC.She is currently working out on her online marketing concern for women entrepreneurs called Addiemall which offers complete online marketing solutions through out. She is also a part of the harvard online course on Leadership, Creating Public Value and Cherie Blair Foundation for Women Entrepreneurs. She is actively pursuing a public initiative of conducting free workshops to women like moms, entrepreneurs, homemakers, domestic workers, by tieing up with women support charities. She hopes to impact women postively and help them in making better decisions thereby gifting them with better living standards.
