Mani's amazing story starts with his migration to Canada in 2007 from Iran, when he completed his Industrial Engineering degree.
Mani studied Petroleum Engineering in Calgary at SAIT and started working for Weatherford in 2010 as an Measurement While Drilling (MWD) Engineer.
In 2012 he received an offer from Halliburton, and after only one year he became one of the SAGD directional drillers for Halliburton.
Mani also has worked for companies such as Baker Hughes and Precision Drilling.
He was inspired to launch Bison Solutions Limited., a service and manpower company in Oil and Gas and Industrial Cleaning, and he has created more than 300 jobs in Canada with his team in just three years.
His challenges helped him to strengthen his skills, find his potentials and helped him to realize that he is a visionary.
Mani is passionate about Entrepreneurship and shaping the next generation of entrepreneurs by teaching Innovative and modern ways of entrepreneurship.

When the Coronavirus hit Edmonton, Alberta, Canada in March 2020, the owner was scrambling to pivot his business. His men had all been sent back from an oilfield shutdown, which itself had to shutdown and stop completely due to Covid19. He wanted to help his guys to stay working and so he started calling around to see if businesses needed help cleaning and disinfecting. He was passionate to help fight this virus in any way he could!
Thus began his journey and research, which he started his search for electrostatic cleaning units.
He found out he couldn’t get one in Canada, and any unit coming from overseas was back ordered until October! All of a sudden the whole world was looking for electrostatic units and there were none to be found for immediate disinfection jobs. And not only that, the average price for these units was $6000 or more!
He said, this is crazy!!! Why can’t we build these in Canada??? Like so much of the PPE, we have up til now been reliant on other countries’ timelines - and costs - to deliver.
He made it his mission to create a new possibility: Along with his very talented team members, they researched and worked relentlessly to create the first 360 Electrostatic Disinfection Unit - made in Canada!
