Symptoms of mental stress and anxiety over time can become apparent in the body.
Signs of body stress and anxiety can include:
- Muscular pain and aches such as backache, headaches
- Nerve disorders such as sciatica, frequent pins and needles
- General physical tiredness and fatigue
Body stress and anxiety as an Imbalance in the body can create incorrect posture. Imbalance and incorrect posture over time can lead to chronic body stress and anxiety.
Certain muscle groups become over tired to over use and other muscle groups become weak from underuse.

I release tension in the muscles that have built up due to stress, fatigue, incorrect posture and biomechanics by using long deep strokes with heavy oils to help slide and move the fascia into its correct place, release tension in the fascia and making space for the fascia to move around. I then use assisted yoga stretching to further put muscles, fascia and the skeleton into it's correct place and also help you to understand where the body should be because incorrect biomechanics become stored in the memory and become a habit. So even if you go and have a massage and someone releases the tension it comes back because no one has told the subconscious/mind. Massage to release tension, movement to move the fascia back into it's correct place and yoga stretching to reeducate the subconscious mind. Connecting mind and body through breath and reprogramming mind and body through the breath.
