With a rich professional journey over 33 years, Manish transitioned from a successful
corporate career, where he held various leadership roles for 22 years, to embark on his
entrepreneurial path. His contributions to the growth of esteemed organisations like Xerox
Corporation, Max New York Life Insurance Company, and ABN AMRO Bank, both in India
and overseas, are a testament to his adaptability and entrepreneurial spirit.

He is certified by Gallup® as a Strengths Coach and is a trained practitioner of Gallup's 'BP 10' methodology of business launch and growth. He also holds accreditation from Insights® for Insights Discovery, which he employs to drive growth by tapping into the behavioural insights of Jungian Psychology.

He studied management at IIM Indore and is currently pursuing a Doctoral Program in
Business Administration from Golden Gate University in the United States.
