I’m Manish Yadav, associated with Xforia Technologies Inc. as a Vice President. I live in Scarborough, Ontario, Canada with my wife & daughter.

A Canadian Permanent Resident with a robust educational background in Computer Applications (Masters), Business Administration (Masters), and ongoing doctoral research in Artificial Intelligence and Human Resource Management (Ph.D.). My 14+ years of experience spans innovative leadership, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Resource management, Account management, Client Management, People Management, Business Development, Sales, Stakeholders management, P&L, Strategic Planning, GenZ/Campus hiring, Bulk hiring, and much more; I am confident in my ability to contribute to your team effectively.

During my tenure as Vice President at Xforia Technologies Inc., I demonstrated my ability to lead complex talent acquisition initiatives across multiple geographies, including Canada, the US, India, Mexico, UAE, and the UK.

With a strong track record of implementing successful recruitment strategies, which are reflected in the awards and recognitions I have received, such as “Maestro - Internal & External Stakeholders Management” and “Recruiter of the Year”.
