Manmohan is a CMC Registered Mediator which means that he has been conferred registration by the Civil Mediation Council, the recognised authority in the United Kingdom for all matters related to civil, commercial, workplace and other non-family mediation.

Manmohan brings his background and benefit of experience in international corporate matters to his mediation practice. He has over a decade of experience based in one of the world's major financial centres, the City of London, advising companies and high net worth individuals on their corporate affairs including, among other things, negotiation of high-value, multi-party and multi-jurisdiction contracts.

Much of Manmohan's experience is cross-border, with a particular focus on South and South East Asia, which allows him to approach situations with the appropriate cultural sensitivity. Whilst his native language is English, Manmohan is also bi-lingual in Panjabi.

In addition to his mediation and legal practice, Manmohan is a magistrate in one of England's busiest Local Justice Areas. Accordingly, he is no stranger to approaching matters with integrity and active listening.

Manmohan gained his accreditation in civil/commercial mediation and online mediation with one of the leading authorities in mediation and other dispute resolution techniques, the ADR Group.
