Phil and I have been married 10 years. I was widowed in 1996 and met him in 2001. I have two children and three grand children.

Phil's hobby is as a radio ham and is still working full time. I look after my youngest grandchild Harry twice a week while my daughter works part time.

Phil and I belong to the NT (National Trust), HHA (Historic House Association) and RHS (Royal Society of Horticulture) and Kew Gardens, so usually visiting one or more over the weekends if not visiting family.

I like gardening but now have a gardener due to bad back. I love pottering around the house and LOVE ironing!!! I love taking photographs.

I used to have a blog on Blogger but recently closed it and opened a new one on Wordpress.

My background photograph is of one of my favourite places to visit , Kew Gardens and the Pagoda. I lived the first 7 years of my life in Kew Gardens Village and love to go back to visit the gardens.
