Manny Park
Oakville, Ontario
Immanuel Park is an up and coming guitarist from Oakville, Ontario. He was born in Seoul, South Korea and raised in the Greater Toronto Area. From a young age, Park pursued a career in soccer and played competitively in the OYSL division with the North Mississauga Panthers. Unfortunately, his dream of playing professional soccer came to an early halt at the age of 14 after he severely fractured his leg during a game that separated him from his dream. It was at the age of 13 Park picked up his first guitar. Incapable of going out during his time of recovery, he spent many hours of the day practicing the guitar. This is where his love for the guitar grew. The following year, Park discovered John Mayer's continuum album and that set the direction of his life to this day. Park played in a blues trio throughout high school and wanting to follow in his idol's footsteps, Park enrolled into Berklee College of Music, where he is currently studying today. Still an athlete at heart, Park is a competitive and aspiring musician that is committed to perfecting his craft and refining his gift so that he can share his gift with the world.
