Manny moved to the United States at age 14 with his family after leaving Iran following the war. With limited money and little English, he had to adjust quickly. His parents taught him persistence, and he treated every job as a step toward independence.

At 16, he worked at Kmart, handling basic tasks. By 18, he started selling nuts door-to-door. Although that business did not last, it pushed him toward entrepreneurship. By 21, he entered the mortgage and real estate field. At 23, he opened a supermarket in Santa Ana and reinvested earnings into property. His goal was to build something stable that could handle economic shifts.

Khoshbin's early strategy focused on overlooked properties in growing areas. In 2007, he sold over 1 million square feet of office buildings before the market downturn. Today, his portfolio spans multiple states, with experience in repositioning assets and adjusting to post-COVID commercial trends. He also wrote books that share his approach and mindset.

The Khoshbin Company, based in Costa Mesa, manages Class A and B industrial, retail, and office properties. Since the early 2000s, it has completed over $1.5 billion in transactions across seven states. The firm focuses on improving underperforming assets and maintains a hands-on management approach, enabling faster decision-making and consistent returns.

Manny has donated over $600,000 to charitable causes, mainly supporting children. He pledged $1 million to the CHOC Thompson Autism Center and supports organizations like TACA.

He has been married since 2011 and lives in Newport Coast, California, with his two children. He values providing stability for his family. His car collection reflects both interest and investment, focusing on rare models with long-term value.
