I am a Chemical Process Engineering executive with deep cross-sector experience across specialty chemicals,
pharmaceutical APIs, agrochemicals, and inorganic manufacturing. I have served in Plant Head, Site Head, and
General Manager roles, governing ₹170 Cr+ in CAPEX and delivering ₹118 Cr+ in documented operational savings
across my career.
My signature accomplishments include commissioning a ₹105 Cr Niacinamide greenfield facility at Jubilant Life
Sciences, Bharuch, on a first-time-right basis; scaling Hydroxylamine production 30x at Alkyl Amines Chemicals,
from 30 MTA to 900 MTA; establishing a ₹20 Cr Zero Liquid Discharge solvent recovery facility at Lupin; and
chairing 40+ HAZOPs as PSM Chairman at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories.
I am an IICA Certified Independent Director, registered with the IICA Director Databank, and actively pursuing
board mandates in manufacturing, chemicals, and pharma sectors, where my operational depth and governance
instincts create tangible value for boards.
