While my friends/colleagues see a leader in me, I believe leadership is not a quality - its a responsibility - which I am constantly trying to fulfill. It is said that with great power comes great responsibility. The vice-versa also holds true - Responsibility is conferred upon those with the power to fulfill it.

I constantly try to transform myself into a better human being - personally, professionally and spiritually. I get connected to the people personally and believe in my instincts which I enhance through my connections.

Professionally a programmer in quest for excellence in at least one of the domains that I work in.
