38 years it took me to know what success is all about. I did ask many of my friends and relatives "what success actually means". The reply that could satisfy me was never obtained. Some used to say - To be successfull you need loads of money, Only if you had a big house and is luxurious in your life style only then you are successful, Only if you go the spritual way you can say that you are successfull.

I used to follow blindly the wisdom of my friends and relatives and started all the activities required to achieve the above. Being a Management and Brand Consultant I have started to taste success (as they say),

Even now I am not feeling great even though i have started to taste success. Two Questions always started to bother me : (A) Why is it that I am not happy even though I have stated to taste success (as they say), (B) If success does not mean what my friends and relatives suggested then what it could it be?

Now this forced me to Re-define Success "Scucess for me is providing growth opportunity to the deserved and serving the society at large" Once I understood that Success not only means getting, Success also means giving motivated me to form Whiteshades Foundation. Where we not only provide help and support to the needy also provide eough growth opportunity to the deserved.
