He has decades of multi-layered, multi-sectoral, and top-of-the-pyramid post’s qualifications and experience behind him.

Prior to this, Manoj served as a Senior VP/CEO of Wipro’s BPO business. He possesses extensive real time experience of 23 years coupled with a detailed understanding of global sales, enterprise risk management, and business processes. He is instrumental in building leadership qualities in the key industry verticals, horizontal practices, international centres, and managing corporate functions such as quality, business transition, and risk.

With over 25 years of cross-functional executive leadership experience across technology innovation, Manoj specializes in creating a competitive edge by building strong relationships with customers and demonstrating business value to their organizations.

Manoj has a vast and successful experience in leading global sales teams in North America, Latin America, Africa, Continental Europe, and Asia Pacific with proven expertise in amalgamating business acumen, technology commercialization, marketing and strategic planning, and global client relationships.

Manoj also held a wide range of leadership positions in the IT Services industry. He has successfully built new business empires and transformed many existing businesses through market leading growth in revenue and profitability. Manoj is passionate about customer success and has a track record for customer centricity, rigor in execution, and passion for innovating through technology for the customer.

Manoj holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management and a Bachelor’s Degree Engineering in Electronics and Communication from Bangalore University. He currently resides in New Jersey, USA.
