Manoj Singh

With an experience spanning over 18 years in TV News and Entertainment I have worked as a Journalist, Writer, Presenter, Producer and Lyricist for National TV News Networks and an Entertainment Channel. I have been a part of the initial team of Aaj Tak as well as the launch team of Star News and have delivered Stories, Interviews, TV Shows, Documentaries and Promotional Campaigns across a wide spectrum of subjects both within India and across International cities. Having been instrumental in the setting up of two TV Channels I have an extensive experience in structuring and establishing the Operational, Financial, Administrative and Editorial ecosystem of a TV Channel right from the initial concept to the final On Air telecast.

Being part of real life crisis situation like Riots, Terror, Attacks, Bomb Blasts, Elections and the Egypt Revolution has lent me an in-depth understanding of the Indian society, International communities and their value systems. This experience has helped me enhance my fiction writing skills of creating drama out of real life situations, while still keeping reality alive for human reactions in crisis are often more dramatic than drama on the screen.

Deep in my heart I am a passionate hindi poet & lyrisist. A dreamer and photographer!

Currently I am working with Network18 as Editor, Features in New Delhi area.
