Mansha (Chugh) Hiranandaney

Mansha is a business and data driven systems product analyst, with expertise in architecture, design, development and implementation of complex, dynamic and creative solutions. She has industry experience in domains such as TV, Telecommunication, Banking and Pension Administration. Mansha uses data analytics and extensive research of business processes to pursue solutions and modernize legacy business practices.

Currently, she works as a Pension Application expert, modernizing and designing effective solutions and focusing on enhancing users experience for City of New York - Teachers Retirement Systems (TRSNYC).

Besides work, Mansha likes to challenge herself to learn new things - she is pursuing Certification in Business Process Associate, learning Python and has recently completed The Leadership and Communication certification from Dale Carnegie.
