Maintains table settings by removing finished courses and replenishing utensils as necessary

Supports wait staff by assisting them with delivery of food and retrieval of any supplies they may require.

Transmits orders to bars and kitchen by recording patron choices; identifying patrons special dietary needs and special request. Keep kitchen staff informed by noting timing of meal progression.

Serves order by picking up and delivering patron choices from bar and kitchen, delivering accompaniments and condiments from service bars.

Responds to additional patron requirements by inquiring of needs; observing dinning process. Maintains table settings by removing as courses as completed; replenishing utensils, refilling water glasses; being alert to patron spills or other special needs.

Concludes dining experience by acknowledging choice of restraints; inviting patrons to return. Obtains revenues by totaling charges; issuing bill; accepting payments; delivering bill and payment to host person; returning change or credit card and signature slips to patrons.
