Started coding at the age of 12, never left the software development world.

After graduating BSc (majored in Software Science, minored in Business Management) in 2000, I have worked in various West European owned corporations and my own private companies.

Currently I'm managing The greatest software development center in Lithuania (Visma Lietuva) and occasionally lecturing at University. I hold MSc in Business Informatics.

My areas of interest are high-quality software code and design; developer productivity; and effective team leadership.
