Manuel Ros was born in Italy on September 20th, 1977. He has a quantity surveyor degree; he attended the University of Turin under the Department of Law, he started working with a law firm to complete the qualifications in both the financial and insurance structures. He achieved various Masters in Finance in Italy, Switzerland, and the UK.

He is the Founder & President of FINSOR HOLDING a financial holding organization that owns a multinational group of companies operating over various industries worldwide. His group proposes high yield investment solutions, part of the core business is to raise funds from high net worth individuals, corporate and institutional entities to inject and reinvest into main projects and joint ventures. The group is branched worldwide and boasts the collaboration with primary investment banks, family offices, public and private funds. He lives between Dubai and other countries where the businesses are run; he speaks fluent Italian, French, Spanish, and English.

The private financial company, FINSOR HOLDING, is based in New York, acts to manage and distribute the investments among the various companies that are part of the group. The last merit of success came from REMAR GROUP which is also based in New York and is formed by a reliable organization with a presence in over than 7 Countries, Dubai, London, Jersey, New York, Tokyo, Hong Kong, and Singapore which are all represented by various local partners in a further 48 countries.

He expanded REMAR GROUP and based the success on the philosophy "to shift the opportunities in reality" constantly widening the business area, creating the REMAR FUND which is based in Jersey as private certificate fund to support the results and activities conducted by the group, meanwhile deciding to link the finance field with the commodities market establishing REMAR PETROLEUM based in London to add a petrol and chemical business to the group and creating several partnerships with leading companies with which closed international supply agreements concentrated in the Middle East and Asia.

In his private life, he has a passion for car racing; he participated in the Ferrari Challenge on various occasions as well as Go-Karting races and occasionally practicing when he can according to his free time.
